During this, our 101st year   in ranching we look forward to working with our Hereford customers and our tour guests.

We're located west of Callaway in the Sandhills region of central Nebraska. The canyons around here are similar to those in the Pine Ridge region of northwest Nebraska and southwest South Dakota, although we have fewer pine trees and are less arid.

One of our tour guests, a gentleman from Namibia who manages the Beef Board there, told us our region is similar to his coastal desert area of northwest Africa. So if you'd like to visit northwest Africa but can't afford the time or air fare, consider a trip to our area!

That said, 2007 and 2008 have been years of plentiful rainfall and thus great grass and hay years.
